Saint James Hostel Terms & Conditions

• We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. This requires that a guest wishing to cancel any night of their stay to give at least 48 hours notice

• Check-in: 14:00

• Check-out: 10:00 (£10 fee per hour for late checkouts, per person)

• £10 key deposit payable at check in and repaid in cash at check out when key is returned

• A free continental breakfast is provided

• All Taxes Included

We operate the following policies:

• No smoking anywhere inside the building (but we do have a large patio garden where you can indulge);

• If you are going to check-in later than 11pm please e-mail us to inform us (we operate a 24h reception but want to make sure our staff is aware of your late check-in);

• No children under the age of 5 in dorm rooms unless the entire dorm is being rented on a private basis

• Guests to take bed linen to the reception when they check-out
