We offer all our guests free WiFi internet access. Signs with the WiFi password can be found on the walls of our communal areas (look near the main doors). Throughout the hostel you will find signs indicating which WiFi network is strongest in that area.
Also, on check-in you will receive a slip with the front-door access code as well as the WiFi password from our receptionist.
Our WiFi network names are (check the hostel's WiFi status here):
- Hostel 2G, Hostel 2G Dining Area, Hostel 2G Top Floors
- Hostel 5G, Hostel 5G Dining Area
2G meaning 2 GHz and 5G meaning 5 GHz - generally the 5G network is faster, but if you find the signal to be too weak you should try the 2G network (usually less people are on the 5G network).
Tip for iPhone Users
Apple devices tend to be a bit more fickle when it comes to WiFi connections and if you have trouble connecting your iPhone or iPad to our WiFi network we recommend restarting your device and trying again. After the restart it might also be required to turn your phone's WiFi off and on again.
Also trying to connect to the WiFi near the reception works best as the signal is strongest there.
If you still experience difficulties getting online, please ask one of our tech-savvy guests for some help.
If you and your friends all cannot connect to the WiFi at all, please ask reception to restart the WiFi network (this is very rarely needed however).
Free Internet Computer Access
In our lounge area we also have a computer with Internet access ready for our hostel guests.
As this computer is shared we kindly ask our guests to be considerate and not occupy the computer for longer than 10-15 minutes if other people are waiting.
When you are done with the shared computer, please make sure to log off from your e-mail, Facebook and other sites you are logged into.
